Pradeep Chintagunta

Professor of Marketing, Booth School of Business, University of Chicago

Pradeep is the Joseph T. and Bernice S. Lewis Distinguished Service Professor of Marketing at the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago, and has taught at the university for the past 17 years. Prior to that he taught at Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. Pradeep’s research focuses on understanding the effects of marketing stimuli on consumer behavior. He is also interested in studying how firms interact with each other to make marketing decisions. Recently Pradeep has become interested in understanding how information, incentives and delivery mechanisms for products and services can be used to alleviate poverty.
