eAlert in perhaps the simplest and most intuitive application of Operation ASHA, but has great impact. It mimics a manual lab register. It sends test results via a text message, to the patient, physician and authorized care-givers, the moment the results are entered in the application.
This system eliminates the turnaround time of delivery of the results. This massively reduces time taken in enrolling patients in treatment. This prevents patients from infecting others.
