Ashvini is the Chief of Operations at Operation ASHA. He has been with OpASHA for nearly two years. Before OpASHA, he was with one of India’s largest education nonprofits, Pratham, for five years. Ashvini specializes in developing and expanding the organization’s operations in new geographic areas, including new states and cities. Ashvini holds a post-graduate diploma in rural management from the Institute of Rural Management, Jaipur and a masters degree in public administration from MDS University, Ajmer.
Chief Operating Officer, Ashvini Vyas
Director of Finance and HR, Geetha Nair
Geetha Nair is the Director Finance and Accounting of Operation ASHA. She is a senior Finance professional with more than 16 years of rich experience in development sector. Before joining OpASHA she was Head of Finance and HR at Rajiv Gandhi Foundation and Charities Aid Foundation, India. Geetha oversees all financial and legal operations and also formulates policies for the organization. She holds honours degree in Commerce from Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant (Intermediate).
Director (Program Management), Prateek Ahuja
Prateek has been with Operation ASHA for more than two years. He leads expansion and replication efforts in urban and rural disadvantaged areas in both India and Cambodia. Now he heads the Program Management Office at OpASHA.
Prior to joining Operation ASHA, Prateek led the regional marketing strategy of a logistics firm. Before that, he assisted a sports management company in handling their events and government relations. He was also a part of the sales and marketing team of a leading UK-based consumer goods company.
Prateek has an undergraduate degree in information technology and a M.B.A. in marketing.
Deputy Director of Development, Colin Delmore
Prior to joining Operation ASHA, Colin spent several years involved in development work across Europe. His work focused on R&D for cutting-edge innovations with high social impact. As Deputy Director of Development, Colin is responsible for coordinating efforts of the Development and Communications teams as well as discovering new opportunities for replication of OpASHA’s entire model or individual best practices both within and outside India. Colin graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley and holds a master’s degree in Sociology and Social Anthropology from Central European University.
Director of Communications, Hitika Paul Ahuja
Hitika Paul Ahuja has been deeply involved with Operation ASHA for more than 2 years now. She is the Director for Communications. In this role, she handles all social media and other communications campaigns. She is also an integral part of the fundraising team and manages donor relations- maintaining ongoing relationships as well as creating new ones. Hitika has wide experience in social research and marketing. In the past, she has been associated with the Indian Institute of Public Opinion and with EmPower Research. Hitika has a Degree in business management from IMT.
Country Director, Cambodia, Rashmi Sharma
Rashmi has more than twelve years of experience in development sector. She has worked with large scale programs (community-led interventions) and multiple stakeholders (Public, Private and Civil Societies). She has rich experience in the area of building partnerships, change management strategies for organizational development, management, implementation and oversight of large scale programs. Prior to joining Operation ASHA, she has worked with national, international and UN organisations. She has done Masters of Sociology and MBA in Health Care Services.
Country Director, Vietnam, Luan Vo
Prior to joining Operation ASHA, Luân worked for a 1.5 years as lead analyst in pharmaceutical marketing consulting with a growth company named TargetRx in Philadelphia, USA. Subsequently, Luân worked for five years with KPMG, a global audit and accounting companies, in New York City, USA, and , and Frankfurt, Germany, where he provided financial services for mergers and acquisitions, operational improvement consulting, and project management to private equity companies and large corporations. Luân is also founder and CEO of the non-profit society Freundeskreis für Internationale Tuberkulosehilfe e.V. in Germany, working to raise funds from individual donors to the benefit of domestic and international TB relief organizations. Luân holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering and Mathematics Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
