Prior to founding UnitedLex Corporation (an India/US consulting and outsourcing firm), Dan served as the chief financial officer and general consultant at Adjoined Consulting firm. He then served as the managing director of Kanbay International. Prior to his career with Adjoined Consulting, Dan was the vice-president of corporate development and legal affairs at SmartDisk Corporation, where he guided the company through it’s early stages of growth.

Dan began his career 17 years ago with Ernst & Young LLP, providing audit and tax advice services to New York City-area companies. He then went on to Greenberg Traurig LLP where he represented venture-backed and Fortune 500 companies in the technology, financial, healthcare and manufacturing sectors. Dan holds a law degree from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.
